Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Bet The Line (“the Service”), available at bettheline.app and as a mobile app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

What Bet The Line is (and isn’t)

Bet The Line is an analytics and tools service: it provides statistical projections, lineup optimizers, simulations, and research for daily fantasy sports and related contests. We are not a sportsbook, casino, or daily-fantasy operator. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, run contests, or pay out prizes. Any betting or fantasy play you do happens on third-party platforms (e.g. DraftKings, FanDuel) under their terms, not ours.

No guarantee of results

Our projections and recommendations are model estimates based on data we believe to be reliable. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee any outcome, win, profit, or accuracy. Sports are unpredictable; you are solely responsible for your own lineups, entries, and any money you choose to risk. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that daily fantasy and sports contests are legal in your jurisdiction.

Your account

Keep your login credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and don’t share access in a way that abuses the Service.

Subscriptions & billing

Some features may require a paid subscription, billed through our payment provider on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account or the provider; cancellation stops future renewals. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing or features with notice. (During any free beta period, paid features may be offered at no charge; we may end the beta at any time.)

Acceptable use

Don’t scrape, resell, or redistribute our projections, models, or data; don’t reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying model; don’t abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service or others’ use of it; and don’t use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its models, projections, design, and content, is owned by Bet The Line and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own fantasy/research purposes. All team, league, and event names are the property of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, sportsbook, or fantasy operator.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bet The Line is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses (including gambling or contest losses) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the Service over time; continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using the Service at any time, and we may suspend or discontinue it (or your access) where reasonable.
