A player is missing or the salaries look different.
Match the contest site, date, game matchups and format first. Classic and Showdown use different player pools and IDs. Check the position and team filters too. You can import the salary CSV from your exact contest into Bet The Line. If the mismatch remains, send the contest link and a screenshot so I can check that specific pool.
DraftKings has a contest, but Bet The Line says no slate.
Choose Refresh live slate in the optimizer. Slates depend on the contest site's posted player pool, and a feed problem can delay loading. If refreshing doesn't help, import the DraftKings salary CSV for that slate. Email the sport, contest link and error message so I can investigate. There isn't one fixed upload time for every sport.
DraftKings rejected my CSV. Which file should I use?
A salary CSV loads players into Bet The Line. A new-lineups CSV goes to DraftKings Upload Lineups. An entries CSV contains existing contest entry IDs and goes to Edit Entries. Use the matching sport, slate and format, and keep the download unchanged. If it still fails, email the exact error and which download button you used.
I saved a build. Is it entered in my contest?
Saving keeps a copy in Bet The Line. You still need to transfer the players or upload the file and assign the lineups on your contest site. Open Saved Builds on a computer to continue a build you started on your phone, then verify the actual contest entries before lock.
Can I use a DraftKings file on FanDuel?
Each site uses its own scoring, roster rules, salaries, player IDs and upload format. FanDuel imports are available for NASCAR Cup, golf and WNBA. Choose FanDuel before importing its salary file. NFL, MMA, F1 and O'Reilly currently use DraftKings only on Bet The Line.
How do I export FanDuel WNBA or golf lineups?
Build using the FanDuel salary file for your Classic slate. Download the entries-upload template for your existing FanDuel entries, then choose it in the export panel here. Build one lineup per entry in that template. Bet The Line fills the roster cells and downloads an edited entries file for FanDuel's CSV editor. Check the entries on FanDuel before lock. A salary file alone does not contain the contest entry IDs. Saved Builds uses the same template step.
